The owner Elisa is a very approachable and welcoming person. The rooms are very lovely and clean. Even a washing machine can be used. The breakfast was the best I've found in Friuli (pancakes, scrambled eggs, homemade honey, fresh bread rolls etc.)
It is true that the actual room prices do not corrispond with those indicated in the app (12.07.19), but Elisa promised to get it updated. They are ~45€ for a single room, ~75€ for a double and _€ for a triple one.
Decided to stay there for two nights both because I loved the place and I needed a break.
