Upper Carniola

Upper Carniola is, without a doubt, one of the best-known regions of Slovenia. It stretches from the Austrian border at Kranjska Gora and Jesenice, Bled and Kranj to the capital, Ljubljana. Framed by the Karavanke Mountains, the Kamnik Alps and the Triglav National Park, Upper Carniola is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
