Thank you for booking your stay in Hotel Dvorec. Please take note of our general booking conditions:

▪       The reservation will be held by 8 p.m., on the arrival date. In order to avoid inconveniences, please inform us if your arrival time is after 8 p.m.

▪       Check-in from 3 p.m.

▪       Check-out until 10 a.m.

▪       Late check-out may result in extra charge.

▪       Taxes: 9,50 % VAT is included in the room rate.

▪       The City Tax is not included in the room rate.

The Hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

Children policy:

Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge on the existing bedding.

Children from 7 to 12 years old:

In double room with 1 adult on the exsisting bedding 30% discount from the adults rate.

In triple room with 1 adult on the exsisting bedding:

▪       1st child 7 - 12 years 30% discount from the adults rate

▪       2nd child 7 - 12 years 20% discount from the adults rate

In terms of prices of accommodation and meals in our hotel, persons who are over the age of 12 are considered adults.

Cancellation policy:

Please check the rate and offer description for all the details. If not differently specified in the description, the applied cancellation policy is:

From 25.6.2018 – 30.9.2018, 25.6.2019 – 30.9.2019:

▪       Cancellation free of charge: up to 14 days prior to arrival

▪       Less than 14 days: we will charge the amount of 50 % of the cost of the booking

▪       No shows: we will charge the 100% of the cost of the booking

From 24.6.2018, 1.10.2018 – 24.6.2019:

▪       Cancellation free of charge: up to 48 ours prior to arrival

▪       Less than 48 ours: we will charge the amount of 50 % of the cost of the booking

▪       No shows: we will charge the 100% of the cost of the booking

The final bill will be paid at check out.

Please contact for all the details on transfers from airports and train and coach stations.
