Very beautiful and interesting mountain trail! From the valley (at Savica Fall), it appears practically impossible to hike Komarča South, Wall (mountain climbing comes to mind), but once you start doing it, you are quite surprised to see that there are actually very few technical difficulties (one ferrata-like short passage). However, you should absolutely have good and appropriate mountain-hiking equipment, and be in a rather good shape, as the trail is quite steep all the way to Črno jezero (Black Lake). Don't even think of doing anything in that lake, as this is extremely vulnerable and sensitive Alpine nature. Just watch, admire, and take pictures. Trekking poles are definitely recommend to all but those with knees of steel. The main question is what to do, once you reach the Triglav Lakes mountain hut ("Koca pri Triglavskih jezerih" - 1685 m asl). Should you have your beer, lunch, another beer, and turn around to go back? Or should (can?) you continue on, upwards, along the Triglav Lakes Valley ("Dolina Triglavskih jezer"), maybe all the way to Prehodavci Mountin Hut ("Zasavska koca na Prehodavcih"- 2071 m asl)? Maybe even choose the tougher (but way more adventurous) option of traversing Veliko and Malo Spicje, on your way? Or should you turn West, and then South, and hike to Komna Mountain Hut ("Dom na Komni" - 1520 m asl)? So much to do, so little time!
