The Juliana SkiTour is an incredible four day ski-touring expedition across the stunning Julian Alps which has launched this winter season. Expert guides will safely lead you from the beautiful Kranjska Gora in the north down to the picturesque town of Tolmin in the south. Find hidden gem locations to enjoy panoramic views of the Julian Alps followed by spectacular powder runs.
The Juliana SkiTour makes ski touring more accessible to a wider range of mountain visitors. Rather than being one long connected tour, it is broken up into 4 separate ski tours with two choices each day depending on the weather, snow conditions and difficulty. Visitors will return to the valley each day to soak up authentic Slovenian culture and hospitality whilst enjoying delicious meals and warm, cosy beds.
The Juliana SkiTour reflects Slovenia’s status as a renowned green destination. Ski lifts and artificial snow can have a negative impact on the natural environment but ski touring enables visitors to explore the outstanding winter landscapes and get their adrenaline pumping, riding fresh powder without harming the environment.
The programme includes accommodation with breakfast and dinner, luggage transfers, transfers to the mountain and back to the hotels and all costs for the guide. Additionally, airport transfers and ski tour equipment rental are offered.
