Jezero Kreda / lake Kreda
Triglav National Park
Kreda (= chalk) is an idyllic lake above Mojstrana. The chalk was used in a cement factory not far from the lake. When the factory was closed, the excavated hollow was left behind, which filled with fresh water from a stream to form this small lake. Years ago the locals used it as a summer pool – today it offers a restful destination for a walk in the quiet green forest.
