Tomaž Godec Museum
The museum bears the name of its former owner, Tomaž Godec, a skilled tanner, excellent sportsman, mountaineer and tourist worker in the Bohinj area. He was one of the initiators of the so-called Bohinj Rebellion of 1941 and was shot as a hostage in Mauthausen.
In the museum you can visit a permanent exhibition about Bohinj in the first and second world war, and also the Tannery museum. In following years we will complete the exhibition about history in Bohinj.
