ŽIROVNICA E2: TIC Žirovnica – TIC Bled (through Piškovca)

Continue descenting towards Breg and cross the overpass over the Ljubljana – Jesenice motorway. Right behind the overpass, turn left to the unpaved road that runs parallel to the motorway. Follow the unpaved road to the underpass where you can continue to the villages underneath Stol mountain, but you need to turn right towards Bled and through Breg village. The unpaved road brings you to an old Church of St Radegunda in Breg, where you have to turn left and continue along the main road to the end of the village, where you can reach the unpaved road that takes you to the bridge across the Sava Dolinka River that is called Piškovec. Continue across the bridge and stick on the main road. You have to ascend back to the upper terrace and the level of Zasip village.

When you do two short and steep ascents, you reach the meadows between Zasip and Gmajna. Continue for 500 metres to the main road between the villages and turn left towards Gmajna. Cycle to the road light, cross the northern Bled bypass road and then turn left on the cycling road towards Bled Elementary School. Ride past the school and when you reach the road crossing at the petrol station, cross the road. Behind the petrol station, turn left and reach the TIC in Bled along the side road where your tour ends.
