The course has several climbs and descents, but they are not too strenuous. It is a continuation of the Sorška route, which takes you deeper into the forests of Jelovice.
The track is designed for classic and skating techniques, without any difficult ascents and descents.
You can pay for cross-country skiing (€ 3*) at the ski resort ticket office or in the Lajnar guesthouse.
*The price includes the use of the cross-country skiing trails and parking.

Turn-by-turn directions
Bear right and descend gently through the forest. Soon you will come to a large open area where there is a 200 m heating circle. Short ascents and descents continue. Where the track turns back towards the starting point, follow the forest road to the right and continue for about 1 km to the end of the groomed track. The track runs in both directions on a single track, so care is needed. Once back on the Soriška line, you climb under the power line to an observation plateau where the view of the Julian Alps with Triglav is breathtaking. There is a short descent to the starting point.

Soriška planina can be reached by car from Bohinjska Bistrica past Nemški Rovt villiage, and from Železniki and Podbrdo past Sorica villiage.Parking
