This ski track is a good choice for beginners in the skating and classic technique because the largest part of the track runs along flat terrain with almonst no grades. It offers beautiful views over Julian Alps and our highest mountain Triglav.

Turn-by-turn directions
From the car park, the route runs parallel to the side road leading to the Polje holiday village. After an initial gentle climb, there is a descent to the foot of the Briceljc hill, where children like to go sledding. Cross the bridge and head back towards the village of Polje, or follow the same route in both directions to the Polje Nordic Centre. From the ski jumps, head towards the Briceljc hill, where there are some steep ascents and descents. To the starting point at the parkiršč, you return mostly along the same route past the houses and farm in Polje.
