Begunjščica is a mountain east of Stol and south of Vrtača.

On the southern side, Begunjščica is grassy, while the northern side is precipitous and interspersed with cliffs. With a height of over 2,000 m, it offers beautiful views of Gorenjska, the Julian Alps, Karavanke and Košuta. Towards the east, the view reaches all the way to Raduha, Peca and Uršlja gora.
