Osojnica viewpoints

The trail starts by heading right out of the campground parking lot towards the large hill. Very quickly you will see a trail veering into the woods – take it. It gets steep pretty quickly. The trail appears to be an old Jeep road or maybe even a dry riverbed. Follow it until you get to A junction that takes you to another viewpoint that I didn’t visit. Veer to the left on the smaller foot path which seems to re-join the larger jeep road and continues up the hill until you get to a saddle trail junction. Take the right fork to head towards the main peak. It will take you around the backside of the peak up to the summit. From there follow the faint track a little ways down the front of the summit to get the best view of the lake. Take the trailer back down to the Junction and Vera ride. This will take you down a switchback trail with some stairs and other assistance as well as two very nice view point. Follow the trail all the way back down to the lake. Turn left at the lake and head back to the campground parking.
