If we park by the summer swimming area, we best visit the church of St. John the Baptist first (B). It originates from the 13th century and is one of the most beautiful examples of Slovenian medieval architecture and painting. The nearby bridge and the places around it are also very nice and worth visiting.
Then we start our real hike. Along the road towards Stara Fužina we go till the first bridge over Mostnica river (C). There we turn right and immediately leave the road. A well markef path (inscriptions: Peči, Rudnica) leads us up the hill, in the SE direction. After less than 10 min of ascent we reach the path branching on a small clearing. The path for Rudnica hill continues straight, while we turn right, following inscriptions for Peči.
In a gentle ascent the path crosses the slopes towards the right, more and more in the S direction. To the lookout point it's again less than 10 min of easy hike.
We return by the same route in some 20 min to the car.
