Mostly shady tour to the "Matterhorn of Slovenia". Without great curves, the path leads straight up the ridge of the mountain. You will be rewarded with a great all-round view from the summit.
The initially quite wide and rather flat path becomes continuously narrower and steeper, up to larger rock steps and individual easy climbings, which are never longer than two arm lengths. Therefore, a high degree of concentration and surefootedness is required.
Except for the last 200 hm the route runs mostly in the shade and is therefore also suitable for warmer days. Nevertheless one should not underestimate the walking time in the valley specified with 3 hours to the summit.
The starting point of the tour is in the middle of Kal-Koritnica. Go straight ahead from the main road and you will reach a fountain. (478 m)

From the fountain the path leads through a garden in the first moment. Afterwards you pass two iron gates and then you are in the middle of the forest on the well signposted path towards the summit.
