Amazing hike to the Triglav hut. It’s a demanding walk in the beginning and especially when you’re walking up the steep mountain trail. I would not recommend this for children or dogs. There are a few areas where you can hold onto steel to ensure you’re able to pass the narrow path safely.

Safety information

Just check what animals are around the area you are walking to and ensure you know what to do in case of a wild animal encounter. I think when walking during high season at noon with lots of people - an encounter is very unlikely to happen.

Amazing hike but demanding especially in the beginning and on the way back going down the steep mountain. I would not recommend the hike for children and people who are not used to hiking and are afraid of heights.
