A great MTB circuit across the Spitzen Alm to the Gampen Alm followed by a trail descent.

The tour to Gampen Alm starts in the car park at the sports ground in St. Walburg. First take the road to the dam of Lake Zoggler (Lago di Zoccolo) and continue to its eastern shore. Climb the even incline of the forest road up to Spitzen Alm. Here take mountain path 23 down to Gampen Alm. From the Alm ride down the forest trail to the Eggerhöfe guesthouses and keep going to the main road which runs to Proveis. Turn left, continue on the road and then turn left again at the bus stop. Take the forest road via the Leachen Hof hotel in the "Kohlstattgröben", then ride uphill to Kohlstatt and on to the Kerschbam Hof guesthouse. Next go down the "Ultner Talweg" and continue towards St. Walburg. At Überwasser turn right and ride back to the sports grounds.
