A New, Free-of-Charge Parking Lot for the Tolmin Gorges “P2”
The parking lot “P1” in the immediate vicinity of the Tolmin Gorges gets quickly full due to an increased number of visitors. In September, a free shuttle bus is organized from the parking lot “P2” to the Tolmin Gorges, during the weekends, between 10.00 and 16.00. When the shuttle bus is not running, the visitors can go on foot from the parking lot “P2”, following the sidewalk to the village Zatolmin and then the signs for the Tolmin Gorges – app. 15 min of walking.
The parking lot “P2” also offers parking for buses. The buses can drop off the visitors at the entrance point to the Tolmin Gorges but are no longer allowed to park there.
The caravans are also no longer allowed to park at the parking lot “P1” at the entrance point to the Tolmin Gorges, but they can park free-of-charge at the parking lot “P2” between 7.00 and 22.00.
Parking "P1" payable between 6th of July and 30th of September
